Instructions
- Combine cashew butter, sweetener, baking soda, salt, and egg in a mixing bowl.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
- Form 12 dough balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Cover the baking sheet and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Remove the cover and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
