Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seed
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • cup Roasted Almond Butter
  • 4 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • Oats for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the flax seed meal with water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and add honey or maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Add the flax egg to the mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and hemp seeds.
  6. Top the mixture with oats and bake for 14-16 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
