Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, butter, sweetener, and vanilla in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils, stirring regularly.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Transfer to a glass jar or container and refrigerate.
