Ingredients

The fries

  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise

The seasoning

  • 2 tbsp white truffle oil
  • 2 tbsp parmesan, shredded
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Dry the potatoes completely with paper towels.
  3. Coat the potatoes with 1 tbsp of truffle oil and seasonings.
  4. Place half of the fries in the Air Fryer basket and set the temperature to 380°F.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket at the 10-minute mark.
  6. Adjust cooking time as needed for desired crispiness.
  7. Once the first batch is done, cook the remaining fries.
  8. Add the remaining truffle oil and parmesan to the fries after removing them from the Air Fryer.
  9. Top with chopped parsley and serve.
