Air Fryer Parmesan Truffle Oil Fries

The fries

russet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise
The seasoning

white truffle oil

parmesan, shredded

parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Dry the potatoes completely with paper towels.
- Coat the potatoes with 1 tbsp of truffle oil and seasonings.
- Place half of the fries in the Air Fryer basket and set the temperature to 380°F.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket at the 10-minute mark.
- Adjust cooking time as needed for desired crispiness.
- Once the first batch is done, cook the remaining fries.
- Add the remaining truffle oil and parmesan to the fries after removing them from the Air Fryer.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve.
