Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- Place the fries on the prepared baking sheet at least 1 inch apart and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the fries from the oven and immediately drizzle with truffle oil, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and flaky salt.
