Parmesan Truffle Fries

Ingredients

The fries

  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

The toppings

  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • to taste flaky salt
  • to taste fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the fries on the prepared baking sheet at least 1 inch apart and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove the fries from the oven and immediately drizzle with truffle oil, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese and flaky salt.
