Oven-Baked Parmesan Rosemary Fries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.
- Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges each and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, corn starch, and rosemary.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the mixture.
- Spread the coated wedges on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss to combine.
- If desired, add more rosemary and salt before serving.
