Ingredients

The fries

  • 2 pieces russet potatoes

The seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into ½-inch wide fries.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cut fries with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan, and toss to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired, and serve hot.
