Garlic Parmesan Fries

Instructions
- Slice the potatoes into fries about 1/3 inch thick.
- Soak the fries in a bowl of cold water for at least 20 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease the baking sheets.
- In a large bowl, combine the fries with olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer the fries to the baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Allow the fries to cool for 2 minutes, and season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
