Crispy Air Fryer Pommes Frites

Instructions
- Slice the potatoes into 3/4" flat strips and then into 1/4"-1/2" fry strips.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 1 hour to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the fries dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Once cooked, add some fries back into the basket and cook for another 1-2 minutes to warm and crisp them.
- Remove from the basket and immediately season with salt, parmesan, and parsley.
