Instructions
- Blend the oats, water, and ice cubes in a high-powered blender for one minute.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve lined with butter muslin or a nut milk bag for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the strained oat milk back into the blender and add salt and maple syrup, then blend briefly to mix.
- Transfer the oat milk to a large jar for storage.
