Instructions
- Blend the water, oats, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a high-speed blender for about 20 to 30 seconds until creamy.
- Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl, tapping the sides to help the liquid strain through without pressing the pulp.
- For a smoother texture, strain the milk a second time through the cleaned fine-mesh strainer.
- Use the oat milk immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, shaking before use.
