Instructions
- Soak the oats in water for 15 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the soaked oats thoroughly.
- Transfer the oats to a blender and add 2 cups of water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water and blend again.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
