Ingredients

  • 3 cups filtered very cold water
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • a pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup extra cold water

Instructions

  1. Blend the cold water, oats, sea salt, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender for about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Transfer the strained oat milk back to a glass bottle or jar and stir in the extra cup of cold water.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and shake before use.
