Instructions
- Blend the cold water, oats, sea salt, and maple syrup in a high-speed blender for about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Transfer the strained oat milk back to a glass bottle or jar and stir in the extra cup of cold water.
- Store in the refrigerator and shake before use.
