Instructions
- 1. Split the vanilla beans in half lengthwise, leaving the ends intact.
- 2. Place the split vanilla beans in an 8-ounce jar and cover with the rum.
- 3. Seal the jar and shake it well.
- 4. Store in a cool, dark place for 6-8 weeks, shaking weekly for better flavor.
