Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Sift cocoa powder and flour into a medium bowl and set aside.

- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until fully combined and smooth, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

- For the caramel sauce, heat a small saucepan over low heat and melt the caramel candies.
