Ingredients

The cookie dough

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 heaping cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

For topping

  • to taste unit sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, oats, nut butter, maple syrup, collagen peptides, and chocolate chips until thick.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
