Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Mix together the coconut oil or ghee, coconut sugar, egg or flax egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda, and mix until incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks or chips.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Form 12 cookies using a cookie scoop or spoon and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until the edges are golden; the cookies will continue to cook as they cool.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and enjoy.
