Cinnamon & Sugar topping

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the coconut flour until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Sift the coconut flour into the bowl to avoid clumps.
- Mix the dough with an electric mixer.
- Line a cookie sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
- Use a large ice cream scoop to portion the dough, packing it tightly.
- Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes.
- Cool for five minutes before dipping in melted coconut oil and sprinkling with cinnamon and sugar.
- Enjoy while warm, pulling them apart to appreciate the texture.
