Instructions
- 1. Season the cubed beef with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the beef tips on all sides, then remove from the pot.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium and cook the chopped onion until softened.
- 4. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the pot with the onion.
- 5. Whisk together beef broth and cornstarch in a small bowl, then pour into the pot and stir well.
- 6. Return the seared beef tips to the pot and cook until the gravy thickens and the beef is cooked through.
