Beef Tips with Mushroom Gravy

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over high heat and season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak in a single layer for 3-4 minutes per side until browned, then remove and keep warm.
- Melt butter in the same pan, add mushrooms and onions, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and browned.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Slowly whisk in beef broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce, cooking until warmed through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
