Instructions
- Combine masa harina and water in a bowl and stir for about a minute.
- Divide the dough in half, then each half into quarters to form four balls.
- Take one ball and make four smaller balls, totaling sixteen.
- Press each smaller ball in a tortilla press until flat.
- Cook the tortillas on a hot skillet until browned and blistered, then flip and cook the other side.
- Keep cooked tortillas warm by stacking and wrapping in a clean cloth.
- Cover any unused dough tightly and refrigerate for later use.
