Easy Homemade Flour Tortillas

unsalted butter, softened

lukewarm water
Instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Cut the softened butter into the flour mixture using a fork.
Stir in the lukewarm water until a shaggy dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead briefly until it comes together.
Cut the dough into small pieces and shape each into a ball.
Cover the balls with a towel and let them rest for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Roll each ball into a thin round, about 6-8 inches for tacos or 10-12 inches for burritos.
Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side.
