Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron and the oven to 180 degrees to keep the waffles warm.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, and flax seed.
- In another bowl, combine the eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, being careful not to over mix.
- Brush melted butter onto the waffle iron and cook the waffles according to your preference.
- Remove the waffles when the waffle iron indicates they are ready.
