  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 large Egg White
  • ¼ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Smashed Blackberry Sauce

  • ¼ cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 packet Stevia

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well to avoid clumps.
  2. Add the almond milk and egg white, then stir to combine.
  3. Incorporate the applesauce and vanilla extract, and let the mixture sit while preheating the waffle iron.
  4. Pour the batter into the heated waffle iron and cook for about 4 minutes.
