Gluten Free Waffles made with Quinoa and Coconut

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs eggs
  • ½ cup quinoa flakes
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • tsp vanilla liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased waffle maker, filling it almost full.
  4. Cook the waffles on high for about 2.5 minutes each.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
