Instructions
- Sift or whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the warm non-dairy milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden and crisp.
- Repeat the cooking process until all the batter is used.
- Store any cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
