Instructions
- Melt the butter and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the melted butter.
- Preheat and grease the waffle iron.
- Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden and set.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or honey.
