Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium-high.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, eggs, and melted butter. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Scoop the batter onto the heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Waffles may be made ahead and frozen.
