Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Let the batter sit for 30 minutes to thicken, if possible.
- Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until set.
- Serve topped with maple syrup and fresh berries.
