Ingredients

The batter

  • 6 oz oat flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups oat milk
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • pure maple syrup
  • blueberries
  • raspberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until mixed.
  4. Let the batter sit for 30 minutes to thicken, if possible.
  5. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until set.
  6. Serve topped with maple syrup and fresh berries.
