Turkey Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

The seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bell peppers in a medium skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and ½ tsp of salt, cooking until no pink remains.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, parmesan cheese, Monterey jack cheese, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, and milk until combined.
- Stir in the diced hash browns and add 1 tsp of salt over them.
- Combine the cooked turkey and bell peppers with the egg and hash brown mixture, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown.
