Instructions
- 1. Boil a pot of salted water and add the trimmed green beans, cooking for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 2. Drain the green beans and place them in a bowl of ice water, then drain again.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, and pepper.
- 4. Drizzle the dressing over the green beans and top with cooked bacon before serving.
