Green Beans with Bacon

Instructions
- 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
- 2. Remove the bacon and drain it on paper towels, leaving some fat in the pan.
- 3. Add the onion to the pan and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Add the green beans and 2 tablespoons of water to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 5. Cook the green beans, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 6. Sprinkle the reserved bacon and parsley over the green beans before serving.
