Instructions
- 1. Dice the bacon and cook it in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy.
- 2. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain it on a paper towel.
- 3. Pour off excess grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the skillet.
- 4. Add the green beans to the skillet and season with salt and pepper, cooking until tender-crisp for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant for about 1 minute.
- 6. Return the bacon to the skillet and toss everything together before serving.
