Quick Green Beans With Bacon

Instructions
- 1. Place the green beans in a medium pot and cover with lightly salted cold water. Bring to a simmer.
- 2. Simmer the green beans over medium-low to medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness. Drain the beans.
- 3. While the green beans are cooking, add the bacon pieces to a large skillet and cook until done.
- 4. If the bacon is done before the green beans, remove the pan from heat until the beans are ready.
- 5. Once the green beans are drained, add them to the pan with the bacon and toss to coat in the bacon drippings.
- 6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
