Instructions
- Preheat the grill or cast iron skillet to very high heat.
- Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the tuna steak on the hot grill or pan for about 1 to 2 minutes per side until a golden crust forms.
- Ensure the center remains slightly red and not overcooked.
- Serve the tuna as is or slice it thinly.
- Prepare the spicy mango sauce by blending all sauce ingredients until smooth.
