Grilled Tuna Steak

The tuna steaks

Tuna steaks (1 inch thick)
The marinade

Coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)

Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place the tuna steaks in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, sealing the bag and turning to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Clean the grill grates with an oiled paper towel and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches about 125°F.
- Transfer the fish to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
