Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly for about 30-45 seconds.
  2. Add the rinsed quinoa to a large pot with water or broth and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, uncovered.
  4. Once boiling, reduce to a gentle simmer until the quinoa absorbs the liquid, about 10-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes to allow steam to finish cooking the quinoa.
  6. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
