Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa in a fine mesh strainer under cold water.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed quinoa, water, and kosher salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Boil the quinoa for 8 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the centers become transparent.
- Drain the quinoa using a fine mesh strainer.
- Return the quinoa to the pot, fluff with a fork, and cover with a kitchen towel and lid to let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, or spread on a baking sheet to cool.
