Peanut Butter Trail Mix Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Pulse the almonds, cashews, and ½ cup of oats in a food processor until lightly chopped.
- Combine the pulsed mixture with the remaining oats, flaxseed, cranberries, and raisins in a large bowl.
- Melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil together, then pour over the dry ingredients and mix in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and cut into squares or rectangles.
