Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup drippy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup trail mix (peanuts, almonds, raisins & M&M candies)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, roll the mixture into balls.
  4. Store the trail mix balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
