Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • cup almond butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract

Fruits

  • 1 cup diced peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the oats, coconut sugar, hemp seeds, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, almond butter, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract until well combined.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until combined, then fold in the diced peaches.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack, slice, and enjoy.
