Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the lined baking sheet, pressing down to shape each cookie.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet.
