Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together half of the powdered peanut butter and the water, then add maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla, whisking until combined.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix oat flour, the remaining powdered peanut butter, protein powder, and baking powder.
- 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- 5. Roll the dough into balls of about 1.5 tablespoons, then flatten them with a wet fork to form cookies.
- 6. Bake for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown, then top with sea salt after cooling.
