Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 white egg white
  • cup coconut sugar
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 handful dark chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until fully combined.
  4. If the dough is dry, add a small amount of water; if too wet, add more protein powder.
  5. Dab your hands with a splash of water and scoop about two spoonfuls of dough to form small balls.
  6. Flatten the balls with your hands and place them on the lined cookie sheet.
  7. Use a fork to create crisscross marks on each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
