Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until fully combined.
- If the dough is dry, add a small amount of water; if too wet, add more protein powder.
- Dab your hands with a splash of water and scoop about two spoonfuls of dough to form small balls.
- Flatten the balls with your hands and place them on the lined cookie sheet.
- Use a fork to create crisscross marks on each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
