Pear and Sharp Cheddar Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions
- 1. Heat a griddle or skillet on medium-high heat.
- 2. Butter two slices of bread on one side and place them buttered side down onto the skillet.
- 3. Top the bread with pear slices and cheese, layering a little cheese on the bread first, then the pears, and then the remaining cheese.
- 4. Butter the remaining bread slices and place them on top of the sandwiches, butter side up.
- 5. Cook until the bottom of the sandwich is browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- 6. Flip over and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
