Sweet Pear and Rosemary Honey with Havarti Grilled Cheese

Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add honey and rosemary, stirring until blended, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- On 4 slices of bread, layer ½ tablespoon of jam, 1 slice of cheese, and 2 slices of pear.
- Drizzle with honey and top with another slice of cheese and remaining bread slices.
- Heat a skillet on medium and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg and milk.
- Dip the sandwiches in the egg mixture and cook in the skillet two at a time for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese melts and bread is golden.
- Repeat with remaining sandwiches, then cut in half and serve hot.
