Honey Pecan Bacon Baked Brie

The filling

cooked bacon, chopped

pecans, chopped

dates, chopped (can sub cranberries or raisins)

fresh rosemary, chopped

honey
The egg wash
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Lay out the puff pastry and place the brie in the center.
- 3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped bacon, pecans, dates, rosemary, and honey.
- 4. Place the mixture on top of the brie and fold the sides of the pastry to cover the cheese.
- 5. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it over the puff pastry.
- 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, then let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
