Ingredients

The crust

  • cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

The toppings

  • ½ recipe Keto Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 13 slices Pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare a 10-inch pizza pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning, and pulse until mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pizza pan and spread it into a thin, even layer.
  4. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Allow the crust to cool for 10 minutes before adding toppings.
  6. Spread the keto pizza sauce on the crust, then top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  7. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
