The hummus dressing

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, then add the peas to blanch for 2 minutes.
- Strain the pasta and peas, rinse with cold water, and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add tomatoes, onion, carrots, cheese, dill, tarragon, chives, salt, and pepper to the pasta and mix well.
- Prepare the hummus dressing by whisking together hummus, honey, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, tarragon, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil into the dressing while whisking until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and stir until well coated.
- Adjust salt to taste and serve immediately or refrigerate to serve cold.
