Instructions
- Prepare a 9" loaf pan with butter and flour.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until blended.
- Mash the bananas and add them to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the raisins, walnuts, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing and serving.
